What's your primary role on Prilet?
You can enable the other mode later from Settings — most companies keep a single primary role.
You're a consulting firm or an independent professional: track your consultants' time, bill your clients and get paid.
Subcontracting lives here. On the Agency plan you can also act as a prime — bring in subcontractors from other firms and manage their work. You don't need "Hire Consultants" for that.
You're an end client: engage consultants from the firms you work with, approve their hours and pay their invoices. Nothing to pay Prilet, and no plan to pick. Work reaches you as an offer from your consulting firm.
