Network & Security Requirements
A reference for IT and security teams to allow Prilet through corporate web filters, proxies, and firewalls.
Overview
Prilet is a cloud-based staffing and billing platform served exclusively over HTTPS. Some corporate web filters block sites they have not yet categorized (often shown as "Uncategorized" or "Newly Registered Domain"). If Prilet is blocked on your network, your IT team can allow it in a few minutes using the details below.
Domains to allow
Please allow the following domains over HTTPS (TCP 443). We recommend allowing by domain name rather than IP address — Prilet is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure and IP addresses can change.
| Domain | Purpose | Required |
|---|---|---|
| prilet.com | Main application | Yes |
| www.prilet.com | Marketing / redirect | Yes |
| js.stripe.com | Stripe payment scripts | Yes |
| connect-js.stripe.com | Stripe onboarding/Connect | Yes |
| api.stripe.com | Stripe API | Yes |
| connect.stripe.com | Stripe Connect onboarding | Yes |
| checkout.stripe.com | Stripe Checkout | Yes |
| billing.stripe.com | Stripe billing portal | Yes |
| cdn.jsdelivr.net | Diagram rendering on Help pages | Optional |
Payments and account onboarding are processed by Stripe; if the Stripe domains are blocked, sign-up and billing will not work even when the main site loads. The cdn.jsdelivr.net domain is only used to render diagrams in our Help Center and is not required for core functionality.
Content category
Prilet should be categorized as Business / Economy or Computers & Technology (Business & Professional Services). If your filter shows Prilet as "Uncategorized" or "Newly Registered Domain," most vendors let you submit a categorization request, after which the block typically clears within a few business days. We also proactively register Prilet with the major filtering vendors — if you still see a block, contact us and we'll submit a request directly to your vendor.
Connection & security posture
- • All traffic is over HTTPS on port 443; HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.
- • Modern TLS 1.2+ with a publicly trusted certificate and HSTS enabled.
- • No browser plugins, custom ports, or desktop agents required — Prilet runs entirely in a standard web browser.
- • Payment card and bank data are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1); Prilet does not store card numbers.
Still blocked?
Email support@prilet.com with the name of your web filtering vendor (e.g., Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto, Netskope, Forcepoint, Fortinet, Symantec/Blue Coat). We'll submit a categorization request on your behalf and help your IT team complete the allowlist.
