Open the offer your consulting firm sent you
The link in that email is the whole start. It shows who you’re getting, at what rate, for which dates. Nothing is charged for accepting, and nothing is due until work has been done and you’ve approved the hours.

Create your free account as you accept
If you don’t have an account yet, creating one is part of accepting — you’ll land straight back on the offer. Prilet is free for hiring companies: no subscription, no per-seat charge, no fee on either payment method. The first person to sign up becomes your company admin.

Accept, and sign once
Take everyone, take part of it, or decline — the firm is told either way. One signature covers the master agreement with them and every assignment on the offer, and it’s the last piece of paperwork in the engagement. Later offers from the same firm reuse the agreement.

Say who should get the invoices
Invoices go to your company admins until you name someone else. If accounts payable is a different address — or splits by department or project — set that up once and every invoice routes itself from then on.

(Optional) Turn on auto-pay
Invoices arrive with bank account details on them, so you can pay by transfer without setting anything up. If you’d rather not think about it, connect ACH auto-pay and approved invoices are debited on the due date. Neither option has a processing fee.

Track it all from Projects
Accepting an offer creates a project, and every assignment lives on one — so Projects is your home page for the work. Anything waiting on you, like a short-notice end request, is called out at the top. Open a project to see all of its consultants in one list.

Review hours each week
Nobody submits hours to you. They are calculated from the assignment, with time off deducted. You review each billing week and can request an adjustment if something looks off.

Pay invoices
Invoices are generated automatically on the agreed cadence. With ACH auto-pay they’re paid on the due date; with manual transfer you pay using the provided details. You only ever pay the agreed hourly rate.

FAQ
Common questions
Does it cost anything to hire on Prilet?
No. Hiring companies pay no platform fees and no processing fees — only the hourly rate you agree to with the consulting company.
Do I need to set up payment before I can accept an offer?
No. Accepting records that you’ll pay by bank transfer, and invoices arrive with the account details on them — there’s nothing to connect first. ACH auto-pay is there whenever you want it.
What payment methods are supported?
ACH auto-pay (recommended) and manual bank/wire transfer. There are no processing fees on either.
Do I need to sign a contract?
One signature, on the offer. It covers the master agreement with that firm and every assignment on the offer. Later offers from the same firm reuse the agreement, so you never sign it again.
How are hours tracked — do consultants submit timesheets?
They’re tracked, but not entered day by day. Each week is calculated from the assignment terms (hours/day, working days, minus holidays and time off). You review it and can request adjustments.
Can I engage several consultants at once?
Yes — a firm can send you a project offer. Accepting it creates a draft project you review and send, the same way a consultant offer becomes a draft assignment. Each consultant still gets their own assignment underneath, so you can adjust or end any of them individually later. Some offers are all-or-nothing; the page says so if yours is.
What if the offer isn’t right?
Decline it and the firm is told, so they can requote rather than wait. On a project offer you can decline individual people and take the rest. Nothing about declining is held against a later offer.
