Create your account
Sign up and choose Hire Consultants as your role. The first person to sign up becomes the company admin. Using Prilet as a hiring company is free — there are no platform or processing fees.

Add a payment method
Connect a payment method so you can pay consultants. ACH auto-pay (recommended) debits invoices automatically on the due date; manual bank transfer gives you account details to pay yourself. You’ll need a verified method before you can send a proposal.

(Optional) Set your default payment terms
Choose the payment terms you prefer (e.g. Net 30). They’ll be pre-selected whenever you send a new proposal, so you don’t have to set them each time.

Find consultants
Search the marketplace by skills, proficiency level, availability, and location. Hourly rates are shown up front, and availability updates in real time so you can see who can start when.

(Optional) Request an interview
Want to talk first? Request an interview from a consultant’s profile, propose a few time slots, and the consulting firm picks one. Both sides get a calendar invite.

Send a proposal
From a consultant’s profile, send an assignment proposal with dates, hours, rate, and payment terms. Your first engagement with a firm creates a master agreement that both sides e-sign; later assignments reuse it.

Review hours each week
No timesheets. Hours are calculated automatically from the assignment, with time off deducted. You review each billing week and can request an adjustment if something looks off.

Pay invoices
Invoices are generated automatically on the agreed cadence. With ACH auto-pay they’re paid on the due date; with manual transfer you pay using the provided details. You only ever pay the agreed hourly rate.

Common questions
Does it cost anything to hire on Prilet?
No. Hiring companies pay no platform fees and no processing fees — only the hourly rate you agree to with the consulting company.
Do I have to set up payment before I can search?
You can search and even save a draft proposal anytime. You just need a verified payment method before you can send a proposal.
What payment methods are supported?
ACH auto-pay (recommended) and manual bank/wire transfer. There are no processing fees on either.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Your first proposal with a consulting firm creates a master agreement that both parties e-sign. Every later assignment with that firm reuses the same agreement.
How are hours tracked — do consultants submit timesheets?
No timesheets. Hours are calculated automatically from the assignment terms (hours/day, working days, minus holidays and time off). You review each week and can request adjustments.
